The Career Mentorship Program is a three-month mentorship opportunity that matches a student with a mentor from their field of interest. This program aims to provide networking, career development, and personal growth opportunities for NorQuest students, while engaging employer-partners from the wider community.

Students: By joining the Career Mentorship Program, you will have the chance to engage in networking, career development, and personal growth opportunities. Once you've completed the program, you can show off your new professional experience on your resume or LinkedIn profile.

Employer-Partners: Join the Career Mentorship Program as a Mentor. As a Mentor, you'll have the opportunity to mentor a NorQuest student and develop personal leadership and mentorship skills while connecting with up-and-coming talent.
