Caitlin Ratcliffe

Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am the Digital Literacy Librarian. My goal is to help learners develop the skills and knowledge to use digital tools ethically and effectively. In this role, I coordinate the Makerspace services and the Peer Technology Mentors program.

I am the liaison librarian for the Faculty of Skills and Foundational Learning (FSFL), including Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC), English as an Additional Language (EAL Intensive), Academic Upgrading, and the Settlement Studies diploma program.
