The great success of the Student Ambassadors Program inspires the launch of an offshoot volunteering opportunity, the Peer Resume Reviewers program.

Peer Resume Reviewers (PRR) will be trained to provide basic 15-minute resume reviews to their peers focusing on format and best practices. The pilot program aims to enhance the Career Centre's capacity to support students in their resume writing efforts.

Participating in drop-in events at The Learner Centre and providing upsurge support during the Career Fair 2025, PRR's will Lead From Where They Are

Benefits for PRR volunteers:

  • Professional development in resume writing and valuable experience to be added in your own resume
  • Receive personalized guidance from NorQuest Career Coaches to support your professional goals through one-on-one coaching and workshops
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact on your peers' career journeys.
