The Library at NorQuest College will endeavor to fulfill interlibrary loan requests from other libraries when possible.
Materials available for interlibrary loans:
Most items in NorQuest College Library’s circulating collection are available for interlibrary loans. All loans are at the discretion of the library. Physical materials are available to patrons for 3 weeks and 2 renewals. Items will be loaned out to the requesting library for a six-week loan period to allow for the patron's loan period, plus transit times.
Materials not available for interlibrary loans:
- Audiovisual
- Reserve Collection
- Curriculum
- Digital books - will copy a chapter or less than 10%
- Reference
Response Times:
Please allow for a minimum of three business days for a response. If we are able to fulfill a request for a physical item, we will contact you via email to confirm the loan and supply the due date for the item and the date of shipping.
Charges and Fees:
- Loan Charges and Policies: No Charges
- Photocopy Charges and Policies: $0.15 per page
- Replacement Charges: Cost of item + service charge
- Payment: Invoice to follow
