Go the EBSCO database page and click Sign In in the navigation bar.
Select Folder to review items saved to your account.
1. Go to the Custom folders section. Click on the + sign next to the different folder names. You will see the number of items by item type. Click to review the items in each folder.
2. Click the checkbox next to the items you want to keep, or click the Select/Deselect All check box at the top of the list to select everything in that folder.
3. Once you have the items selected, you can Print, Email, Save as File, or Export.
For more detailed instructions on how to print, email and export your saved items, visit the EBSCOhost Help site. You can also visit the EBSCO YouTube channel to watch a video tutorial.
You have the option to print the full article by clicking HTML Full Text (when available). If you just want the citations and links to your items, make sure Citation Format is selected as well as your preferred citation style. For saved eBooks and videos, you can only print the citations and links.
Click Print and a print preview box will pop up. You can either print your items, or select Save as PDF from the drop-down menu to save items in PDF format.
Email will allow you to send yourself the Full Text of the article, a PDF of the article, and/or the citation in your preferred format. Type your email address in the Email to: box and click Send. For eBooks and videos you only have the option to send yourself the citations.
Save as File is similar to the Print option described above, but it allows you to save your items as a text (.txt) file or a web page (.html) file. We recommend using the Print > Save as PDF option instead.
Export allows you to save or e-mail citations in a format compatible with your preferred citation management software. You can either Save these files to your computer or Email them to yourself.
If you select Save and the citation management software is installed on your device, it should open automatically.
