NorQuest Library Basics

A guide to accessing and using library resources at NorQuest College.

Library Account Number (NEOS barcode) and PIN for NorQuest Library

Your student ID has your 13-digit library account number

 

On the NorQuest Mobile ID, your barcode is on the second page of the app. Your student ID number is the 6th - 12th number in the sequence. 

 

  • Information about your PIN was sent to your NorQuest email at the beginning of your first term.​
  • Retrieve or create a new PIN for your account by clicking on 'Get My PIN' 

Self Checkout

Self-Checkout at NorQuest Library

NorQuest Library Checkout app is an easy, fast way to borrow books and other items from the NorQuest College Library. Simply scan your books with the app either on your phone or tablet or by using our Self-Checkout Kiosk located by the Circulation Desk.

Download the App

  • Download the “NorQuest Library Checkout” from your app store
  • Open the app and scan or type in your NorQuest Library barcode
  • Allow the app to access your location and camera
  • Scan the book barcode and touch “Finish” when done
  • The app will email you a receipt with the date to return the book
