Student Guide to ProctorU - ACCUPLACER

Please use this guide to prepare for your ACCUPLACER exams with ProctorU.

Create your ProctorU - ACCUPLACER account

You need to create your account before you can book or write your exam - the earlier, the better. After creating your account, you need to test your computer to make sure everything is working properly. Go to the Prepare Your Computer section to learn more.

If you are a NEW user, follow the steps to create a new account, here. 

  • Use your NorQuest College email. 
  • Select the time zone you are currently in. 

 

If you are an EXISTING user who meets the criteria below, you will not be writing with ProctorU. Instead, you will write your assessment directly with Testing Services. Please contact us at testing@norquest.ca or 780.644.6055 for next steps. 

  • Criteria: you were a student using ProctorU for your course exams, and may have already created a ProctorU account. You are now an applicant for a new program and need to write an ACCUPLACER academic assessment through ProctorU. 

 

Important note: if you accidentally create a ProctorU account that is not under the College Board (ACCUPLACER) institution in ProctorU, please let us know immediately. We will work to have this issue fixed right away.
