There are steps to go through before your exam begins. Do not worry – these steps do not take away from your exam time. Your exam time does not start until the exam is opened for you. These steps may take 5-10 minutes. Please note that you are being recorded during the check-in period.
-
If your internet connection gets cut off, and you are disconnected from your exam session, do not panic! Once you get internet back, log back into your ProctorU account. Select “Reconnect” on your main dashboard. If you are disconnected for too long, you may need to rebook your appointment.
