Librarians can assist curriculum developers, subject matter experts and faculty by identifying resources that can be integrated with curriculum.

Open Educational Resources (OER)

Integrating OER is a priority for NorQuest as we endeavour to provide accessible and affordable resources for learners. The Open Educational Resources guide is a good starting point for faculty looking to adopt, adapt or create OERs.

Please use this form to request one of the following services:

  • assistance linking OER/cost-free resources in Moodle
  • assistance discovering OER/cost-free resources
  • requesting a print OER textbook for the Reserve Collection
 

Research tutorials & tools

  • Before contacting your liaison librarian, you may want to review our Research Basics libguide for an introduction to search strategies, using library databases, and accessing NorQuest resources

Curriculum collection

  • The curriculum collection is a distinct collection accessible to NorQuest staff and faculty only.
  • Programs can request key teaching materials are housed in the curriculum collection to better facilitate organization and access for faculty
  • All items are automatically assigned a term loan.
