How to link to library resources such as databases, ebooks, articles or online video

How to Link to a Library Database

  1. Articles & Databases section of the Library website.
  2. Find the database in the list.
  3. Right click on the name of the database and select "Copy Shortcut" / "Copy Link Location" or in Chrome "Copy link address"
  4. Paste the shortcut (url) into your document or course.

Note:  Users are only presented with the login screen when accessing a database or electronic resource from off campus.  On-campus the authentication system sends them straight to the resource.
