Direct quote, no pagination, cite the heading or section and number of the paragraph:
"the provision of AI tools to both educators and learners to ensure equitable access can foster a more inclusive learning environment" (Gustilo et al., 2024, Results Part 3 section, para. 5).
As you can see, it can be a little tricky. An easy alternative would be to download the article in PDF form, include the page range in the reference, and cite using page numbers from the PDF.
