If you are a college employee and believe a student would benefit from Accessibility Services, you may send a referral.
You must have the student's consent to submit a referral and you must include the following information with your referral:
- Your name and position
- the student name and ID number
- area of concern (i.e. reading, writing, hearing, vision, attention, attendance, etc.)
- suggested accommodations (i.e. Read & Write for Exams)
