Welcome! This libguide is intended to be a source of general information and to bring awareness to specific mental health topics that you may be navigating either directly (yourself) or indirectly (supporting others). Please refer to the menu on the left-hand side to filter resources by subject.

Below you can also view the various supports available at NorQuest College.

The professionals at the Centre for Growth and Harmony are committed to providing safe, confidential support. Call 780-644-6155 or email wellness@norquest.ca to schedule your appointment with a wellness professional today. Services include:

  • Registered psychologists provide 50-minute individual counselling sessions to support you through a range of personal, academic and mental health concerns.
  • Registered social workers are available to help you navigate affordable/accessible social services to offset unequal opportunities for basic needs, legal services, financial aid and more.
  • Registered nurses are ready to help you navigate healthcare.
